Terms of Service

Terms of Service for OpenClawAi.run

Effective date: January 31, 2026. Last updated: January 31, 2026. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of OpenClawAi.run (the "Service"), an online OpenClaw tool for running hosted OpenClaw instances. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these terms.

Summary

You are responsible for your account, credentials, and content. The Service is provided on an "as is" basis during the beta period. We may modify or suspend the Service with notice, and you must follow the acceptable use rules outlined below.

1. Definitions

"Service" means the OpenClawAi.run website, hosted OpenClaw instances, control console, and any related documentation. "Account" means the profile you create to access the Service. "Instance" means a hosted OpenClaw runtime provisioned for your use. "Session" means a conversation or task executed within an instance. "Content" means any data, inputs, files, or outputs you submit or generate through the Service. "Third-Party Services" means model providers or integrations you connect, such as OpenAI or Anthropic.

2. Service description

OpenClawAi.run provides a hosted OpenClaw instance that allows you to route conversations from channels and execute tools in a managed environment. The Service is currently in beta, may be free during this period, and may change as we refine reliability and capacity. We do not guarantee long-term availability or specific performance levels unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Account responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and any model keys you bring to the Service. You agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorized access. You must ensure that your use of the Service complies with these Terms and all applicable laws.

4. BYOK and Third-Party Services

The Service is BYOK: you provide your own model keys. You are responsible for securing those keys and for ensuring you have the right to use them. When you connect Third-Party Services, you agree to comply with their terms. We are not responsible for third-party outages, changes, or restrictions.

5. Acceptable use policy

You agree not to use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive activity. Prohibited behavior includes unauthorized access, scanning, mining, distributing malware, or attempting to bypass security controls. You may not upload or process content that violates privacy, intellectual property, or other legal rights. We may limit, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

6. Limits and fair use

The beta includes limits such as one concurrent instance, a 30-minute maximum runtime per session, and automatic pausing of idle instances. These limits are designed to keep the Service stable. We may adjust limits over time and will provide notice through documentation or status updates.

7. Content and data

You retain ownership of your Content. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit Content solely to provide the Service. We do not sell your data. Content stored inside an instance is deleted when you delete the instance and may be removed after prolonged inactivity.

8. Service availability and changes

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service or any feature at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to provide notice for material changes, and we will post incident updates on the Status page.

9. Disclaimers

The Service may produce outputs generated by AI models. Such outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete and should not be relied upon as professional advice. You are responsible for evaluating outputs and using them appropriately. We disclaim all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OpenClawAi.run is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for losses resulting from third-party services, data loss, or service interruptions. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim, or zero if the Service was free.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or pose a security risk. Upon termination, your access ends and any stored instances may be deleted.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on the site and reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Contact

If you have questions about these Terms, contact support@openclawai.run. For security concerns, use the same address and include "Security" in the subject line.
